Your Profile:
* Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
* Several years of experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry
* Proven people management skills
* Strong negotiation and supplier management expertise
* Solid command of English (German is must-have)
* Hands-on, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset
Your Tasks:
* Act as a Decision-Maker
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies
* Lead a team senior professionals
* Manage supplier negotiations
* Ensure cost, quality, and compliance targets are met
* Drive procurement initiatives
* Be the key point of escalation point regarding supplier issues
