About The Role
* Function as dedicated SPOC for assigned customers and regional agents.
* Work periodically with Assigned Customers and send MIS Reports to customer on daily basis
* Role of SPOC (Single point of contact) for assigned customers is to be honored in terms of queries addressing, MIS Reports and other communication.
* Queries to be responded and resolved within TAT.
* Internal reports to be maintained on calls and queries addressed.
