Your Responsibilities Responsibility for warehouse management solutions for our existing and new customers as a Solution Developer. Coordination and alignment between teams to ensure that implementation, quality, and scheduling are in harmony. Design, implementation, and commissioning of customized IT logistics solutions to optimize customer processes. Support with staff and resource planning for projects. Documentation of solutions. Desired skills and experience: Enthusiasm for working on exciting solutions in digital and automated intralogistics, using creativity and team spirit with the goal of sharing successes. A strong desire to learn every day, viewing change and continuous improvement as essential for a fulfilling workday. Ease in fearlessly diving into C code, even with previously unknown modules. Enjoyment in supporting the configuration, testing, and deployment of solution requirements in our warehouse management software SuPCIS-L8 for the Delivery and Customer Success teams. Perseverance to get to the root of complex issues or in last-level support and find solutions. An understanding of self-organization and adherence to documentation requirements as a natural part of success. Enjoyment of being deeply involved in our customers’ requirements on-site during requirements definition, implementation, and training, combined with a willingness to travel as needed. A willingness to collaborate with customers and communicate proactively across all channels comes naturally to you. Business-level German and, ideally, good to very good knowledge of English. Knowledge and skills in the following areas are a plus: Programming in C, RESTful APIs, Git, Linux (RedHat), relational databases (Oracle), Test-Driven Development / Test Automation, Continuous Integration, Make, Domain-Driven Development, Cloud Functions (AWS/Oracle).
