You as part of tonies: As our Senior Financial Group Controller, you’ll take ownership of our reporting, forecasting, and cost transparency, providing clear insights that guide strategic decisions. You’ll improve tools and processes across our systems and support our international growth with reliable, data-driven financial steering. Your tasks and responsibilities will include: Financial Reporting (Actuals) Extract, validate, and reconcile financial data from Business Central and/or SAP systems. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Familiarity with accounting related consolidation topics. Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods, clearly explaining business drivers. Maintain and improve reporting templates and tools for management and global stakeholders. Support month-end close by collaborating with Accounting on accruals, reclasses, and true-ups. Forecasting & Budgeting Maintain the company-wide financial model used for rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, and long-range planning. Ensure model integrity, accuracy, and alignment with accounting policies and corporate guidelines. Develop scenario analyses, sensitivities, and financial projections to support business decisions. Cost Controlling & Business Partnering Maintain, update, and optimize existing tools and reporting structures. Act as primary business partner to Group for OPEX cost lines. Provide cost transparency and insights to both local leadership and HQ finance teams. Process Improvements Identify and implement process improvements across reporting structures (NAV / Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics). Enhance ERP-to-Excel workflows through improved mapping, automation, or data structures. Support Finance transformation initiatives, including system enhancements or BI tool integrations. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 7 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Financial Reporting roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, PowerQuery, pivot tables, modeling). Experience with ERP systems, ideally Business Central and/or SAP. Strong understanding of financial statements and IFRS standards. Ability to manage large data sets with precision and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts simply. Preferred: Experience in a consumer products, retail, or subscription business. Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or other analytics tools. Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency reporting. Experience in a fast-growing, international environment. Why tonies?
