Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for global functional roles (e.g., Finance, HR, Admin, Legal, Marketing, Procurement), including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.
* Candidate Sourcing Proactively source and attract high-quality passive candidates overseas utilizing various channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, local job boards, social media, employee referrals).
* Screening & Assessment Conduct professional phone/video interviews in English to accurately assess candidates' technical skills, language proficiency, cultural fit, and overall competencies.
* Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers in overseas business units to deeply understand hiring needs, provide expert recruitment advice, and effectively manage their expectations.
* Candidate Experience Deliver an exceptional and professional recruitment experience to all candidates, building a positive employer brand image.
* Data & Process Management Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), generate recruitment reports, analyze key metrics, and suggest improvements for process optimization.
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
* Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience; proven success in recruiting for overseas positions (especially in the EU/US markets) is highly preferred.
* Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of conducting business conversations, interviews, and writing professional emails effortlessly.
* Familiarity with the recruitment characteristics and talent profiles of functional roles.
* Proficiency with mainstream recruiting channels, especially overseas tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
* High sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
Preferred:
* Previous working experience in a multinational corporation or with international teams.
* Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
