Founded on groundbreaking research from Stanford and RWTH Aachen, our software enables enterprise companies like BMW to navigate the new, volatile energy world and transition to new energy technologies. This shift enables renewable energies to be adopted effectively and affordably. With our core system, we have demonstrated the ability to save individual DAX companies hundreds of millions in their energy budget, and we are not stopping there. And for that, we need you to join us!

The Role:

As a Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and managing strategic partnerships to drive our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and beyond. You will analyze potential partnership fields, develop hypotheses, and validate them through rigorous testing. Your efforts will support internal departments and ensure that partnerships contribute to our overall growth and success.


Tasks

️ What You'll Do:

* Identification and Evaluation of Partnership- and ecosystem strategy:
* Strategically identify all relevant partnership fields.
* Evaluate the costs and benefits of each field.
* Collaborate closely with PEN in determining and setting up the right product partnerships that will allow us to satisfy the customer needs with minimal efforts.
* Analyze how ARR growth (Annual Recurring Revenue) can be achieved through partnerships beyond the early GTM phase.
* Partner development and contracting:
* Identify and approach partners
* Build a network of partnerships (including with an eye on healthy competition among partners, where appropriate, over time)
* Design long-term scalable collaboration models
* Close contracts with partners

Monitoring and Success Measurement:

* Establish a long-term evaluation and monitoring model for partnerships.
* Align with given company OKRs but also give Feedback and input to optimize the company OKRs.
* Ensure that success is measurable and manageable. Establish state of the art ecosystem KPIs and Ecosystem OKRs that success will be measured against.
* Manage short-term operational performance and ensure delivery of partner value to customers


Requirements

️ Skills and Requirements:

* Previous experience in partnership management or strategic consulting
* Excellent communication abilities with high-ranking stakeholders
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills
* Ability to design and implement scalable collaboration models
* Experience in project management and operational execution
* Proficiency in conducting cost-benefit analyses
* Expertise in creating and analyzing hypotheses and forecasts
* Experience in establishing evaluation and monitoring models
* Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and changing market conditions
* Strong data-driven and analytical mindset
* Personal network of potential partners
* Professional fluency in German and English
