Job Description: In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team in Donauwörth as soon as possible as our new Human Factors Ergonomics (HFE) & Human Machine Interface (HMI) Specialist on the cockpit of the future (d/f/m) You will join a transnational team of around 50 people (based in France & in Germany) within the ETYAH department in charge of Human Factors and Cockpit Design activities for all civil and military helicopters developed by Airbus Helicopters. At Airbus Helicopters, we gather in the same department most of the jobs that transversally contribute to the design of the helicopters’ cockpits - both military and civilian - from the understanding of the operational concept of the helicopters, to the physical design of the crew interfaces, from characterization of the Human Factors aspects of the cockpit usage to the modelling of the flight crew’s displays. Your location At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.
