Job Summary
In this role you will be responsible for designing products and interfaces in line with user needs and business goals. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our solutions are easy to use, efficient, and meet customer expectations. Your goal will be to create intuitive designs that enhance the user experience and drive business success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective designs.
- Conducting user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in existing products.
- Developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test new ideas.
- Creating design specifications and guidelines that ensure consistency across multiple platforms.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design (e.g., Graphic Design, Industrial Design, User Experience Design).
- Proven experience as a designer, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to balance creativity with technical feasibility and business objectives.
- Experience with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript would be advantageous.
Languages required: Fluent English and German; any other European language is a plus.
