We are looking for a highly skilled Produktionsmechaniker to join our team in the field of machining. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our CNC machines and producing high-quality parts.
Job Description:
As a Produktionsmechaniker, you will be responsible for creating CNC programs on our CNC machines according to provided drawings. You will also set up and operate the CNC machines, develop new manufacturing methods, and assist with technical problems in the department. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing quality and productivity guidelines, as well as participating in production planning in the turning area.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Completed training as a mechanical engineering technician specializing in turning
* Several years of experience as a mechanical engineering technician in the field of CNC turning
* Knowledge of the peculiarities of aluminum and plastic machining, as well as Mazatrol control (Mazak)
* Knowledge of CAD systems (Solid-Works) is a plus
* Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
* Teamwork, flexibility, coordination skills, and independent working style

We have been developing high-quality machines for the pharmaceutical industry at our Körber location in Markt Schwaben since 1895. We develop new inspection technologies, automation solutions for controlling complex production and packaging lines for pharmaceutical products. As part of the team, you will help ensure that inspection machines for medications are produced with quality assurance.
