We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Application Development Director to lead and transform our global application teams in Germany and Chicago. Team Management: Lead and develop five high-performing teams in Germany and Chicago (total of 20 people), ensuring technical excellence and collaboration
Drive efficiency and best practices in application labs, ensuring strong project execution and resource allocation
Customer & Market Focus: Work closely with key customers, product managers, and sales to provide tailored application support and strengthen partnerships
D. in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in product application or technical leadership roles in B2B industries with international experience
- Proven track record in Food & Beverage, Nutrition, Home Care, or Personal Care markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally.
