Your Tasks:
* Maintaining and developing the wine collection of MINA
* Building and retaining valuable relationships with wine suppliers
* Stock management and monthly inventory control
* Ensuring professional wine service and wine recommendations in the restaurant
* Conducting wine workshops for the MINA-team
Your Qualifications:
* Berlin Residence and Ready-to-Start Status are required
* Sommelier Diploma or equivalent qualification
* Working experience in upscale gastronomy
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including holiday and weekend
* Passion for first-class service and pleasure in interacting with our guests
* Interest in Italian wines, and knowledge of biodynamic and natural wines would be appreciated
* Fluent English and German are a must, other languages would be an advantage
