About the Opportunity
The Medical Team seeks a highly skilled candidate as Postdoctoral researcher to enhance research endeavors.
* Explore, develop and conduct scientific concepts for clinical and experimental research projects with focus on chronic diseases, e.g. LongCovid, neurodegeneration.
* A particular focus will rely on the impact of the microbiome, caloric restriction, fasting and fasting mimicking diets to implement in a clinical setting.
* Plan and conduct experiments in the context of clinical research such as gathering and processing of patient derived material, analysis of samples using standard and high throughput biomedical methodologies.
Responsibilities include fostering relationships with internal and external partners, patient recruitment, pre-and postanalytical handling of sample, and regularly writing progress reports, documenting research projects, contributing to scientific manuscripts, and preparing presentations for internal and external scientific meetings.
