Tasks
* Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program that ensures the delivery of high-quality cloud products and services.
* Lead and manage several international teams of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
* Develop and implement quality control and testing procedures both manually and automated to ensure that cloud products and services meet the required standards.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to the quality assurance program to ensure continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the quality assurance program.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance leadership role, preferably in a cloud-based technology company.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality assurance programs.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills as well as excellent management and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong knowledge of cloud computing, including Cloud infrastructure and platform services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Cloud-based software applications (e.g., SaaS, PaaS).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
