About The Role
This is a rare opportunity to lead and grow Industrious’ presence in Germany, setting the direction for one of our most important European markets. With 3 locations today and huge future growth potential in the German market, you’ll manage the daily operations of our spaces, and oversee a team of 10+ hospitality and operations staff and sales, responsible for driving customer experience, sales, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* People Management — You’re excited about growing a high-performance team through hiring, building trust, coaching, and inspiring. You drive engagement so the team consistently goes the extra mile, celebrate successes, and conduct tough conversations to drive change. You’ll design the future organisational structure Germany will need as it scales and define the talent strategy to support long-term goals.
* P&L and Performance Metrics — You own the P&L for your market, analyse data, identify trends, and drive profitability. You develop the commercial acumen of your team and create multi-year plans for the German market, including growth projections and resource allocation.
* Sales and Revenue Management — You understand our product and why members join, and you develop local sales initiatives. You coach the team to improve skills and outcomes and manage complex deals with large customers.
* Hospitality & Member Experience — You coach a front-line team to deliver best-in-class member experience and work with Facilities and Member Tech to ensure a welcoming, empowering environment.
* Strategic Influence & Market Development — You provide feedback that shapes product and service offerings for the German market and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into actionable improvements.
Compensation
The actual base compensation will be based on work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. You will be eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Qualifications & Expectations
We are looking for people with a proven track record in multi-unit management (leading teams of 10+ to deliver exceptional results), an owner/operator mentality for P&L management, strong data analysis and strategic planning capabilities, and experience in sales and hospitality leadership in high-touch environments. Ability to negotiate complex deals and mentor teams in a direct-to-consumer context is preferred. You should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate market insights into product and service enhancements.
