Job Title: Agile Team Coach

About the Role:
* Act as a catalyst for change, facilitating the adoption of Agile methodologies and ensuring their successful implementation within our organization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted coaching initiatives to drive growth and development.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to foster a culture of open communication and collaboration.
* Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring seamless execution and effective decision-making.
* Elevate team performance by empowering them with coaching, training, and mentoring to become self-organized and proficient in Agile tools and techniques.
* Help shape organizational strategy by contributing insights and expertise to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Key Qualifications and Skills
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, supported by several years of professional experience in Agile Coaching and facilitation.
* Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies and driving cultural transformations within organizations.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse groups and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and facilitate innovative solutions.
* Proficiency in Agile tools and frameworks, including Jira and Confluence, to effectively manage team workflows and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
* A natural collaborator with excellent communication and presentation skills, able to distill complex information into actionable insights and compelling stories.
