About this role:
As Process Engineer you will not only ensure process capability and stability but you will also support the expansion and improvement of lithography processes.

1. Ensure technological process capability and stability of the approved process steps in theLithographyarea
2. Responsible monitoring of assignedSPC (Statistical Process Control) / CPKvalues and deriving appropriate actions
3. Independently handle error reports within the area of responsibility (Red Tag / Non-Conforming Lot, Error Database)
4. Identify and address process-related scrap issues and quality weaknesses in the area
5. Evaluate technological process capability and stability for new process modules
6. Participate in and approve new process modules (ICR, process module release)
7. Support the selection, testing, introduction, and approval of new/additional equipment
8. Assist in the creation of necessary documentation (e.g., work instructions, training plans, OCAPs)
9. Conduct training sessions
10. Contribute to the creation ofProcess Step FMEAs
This is you:
11. MinimumMaster’s degreein a natural science discipline
12. Several years of experience inlithography within the semiconductor industry
13. Stronganalytical thinking

30. Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen
31. Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Process Step FMEA‘s
Ihr Profil
32. Minimum Masterabschluss in einer naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung
33. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Lithografie in der Halbleiterindustrie
34. Analytisches Denkvermögen
35. Planungs- und Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
36. Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit vielen Schnittstellen
37. Kreativität und Durchsetzungsvermögen
38. Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
