Job Description
A registered nurse is needed to carry out epidemiological surveys in the field for a Luxembourg public institution. The nurse will be involved in assessing risks from chemicals as part of the European Partnership for the Assessment of Risks from Chemicals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a registered nurse with a Bachelor degree who has experience in epidemiological surveys, especially in environmental health. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be proficient in data entry/encoding.

Responsibilities
1. Carry out three epidemiological surveys in Luxembourg: one in the general population, one in healthcare workers, and one in waste management workers.
2. Recruit participants, provide information about the study, and follow-up on the reception of informed consents.
3. Contact participants and/or companies and plan field visits.
4. Assist in preparing materials for field visits.
5. Go on site for field visits, which include collecting biological and environmental samples, as well as questionnaire/interview data.
6. Administer questionnaires to participants, follow-up on any questions, and ensure completion of questionnaires.
7. Collect samples in various environmental matrices.
8. Collect human biological samples.
9. Data entry/encoding of questionnaire and interview data.
