IT Talent Acquisition Specialist
Our company is seeking a highly skilled IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Luxembourg.
This individual will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for various IT profiles across different entities. Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with Operations Directors, Sales teams, and colleagues to identify recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies.
* Developing and maintaining a recruitment pipeline for recurrent IT profiles.
* Proactively proposing candidates to Hiring Managers to anticipate recruitment needs.
* Representing the company at recruitment events (Job fairs, IT conferences, Open days).
* Keeping an accurate and detailed track of candidates in our internal system.
Candidates should have:
* A first professional experience in IT recruitment or good knowledge of IT profiles.
* Experience in headhunting is a plus.
* Familiarity with Luxembourgish labour law and work permit procedures would be an advantage.
* Fluency in French and English are required; other languages are an asset.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commercial mindset and ability to work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams.
* Team-oriented, curious, creative, and proactive individuals.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with varied clients and projects.
Key Responsibilities include building relationships with key stakeholders, managing candidate pipelines, and contributing to employer branding.
This role requires a strong understanding of IT recruitment principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
