My client, an instantly recognizable brand are currently seeking a IT Vendor Manager with experience in managing procurement projects for a 6 month rolling project, focusing on the support and delivery of a global IT Program. This role is offered on a Hybrid basis, with the ideal candidate being able to spend 2 days per week minimum in Dusseldorf, Germany. Languages Required Fluent German and English Location Home office, with frequent visits to Düsseldorf Soft Skills Should be an open-minded communicator, show respect when working internationally with provider teams Must have excellent, persuasive presentation skills suitable for C-level. Main Responsibilities The candidate will join the Transition project organization. Required Experience Must have extensive experience in IT outsourcing projects, such as leading transition projects or IT service outsourcing. Ideally, experience should include both client and IT provider perspectives. This role requires familiarity with complex statements-of-work (SoW), Service-Level Agreements and setting up a governance model (e.g. cadence of Service Meetings) following best practice for post-transition management. At least 10 years’ experience in IT is needed, ideally in managerial and/or project lead roles, with broad expertise across various infrastructure and application technologies in international enterprise companies Interviews are happening as soon as next week, and my client is looking to onboard someone as soon as possible.
