We deliver sustainable technology solutions because…… it’s on us to make new energy work!Your Role - meaningful & rewardingConsulting, implementing, testing and documenting technical requirements in the area of Payroll and Time Management (mainly Germany, Sweden, UK and Romania) in SAP HCM and corresponding technical interfaces in a BizDevOps set up and in close collaboration with the international team.Ensure stable integration to third party providers (e.g. B2A, Tax, Social Insurance, COINS, Benify, Swedbank etc.) together with related IT teams.Analysing, supporting and implementing technical changes in projects, e.g. due to foundation of new companies or due to carveout projects or in case of new tools and applications.Deep analysing, investigating and solving of medium to critical issues within the HCM system landscape.Engaging in technical change projects and initiatives focused on digitization and AI.Playing an active role in generating ideas and innovations, as well as handling Problem and Incident Management.Your Profile - authentic & open-mindedSeveral years of experience in technology, Payroll and Time management as well as integrations, especially within SAP HCM and connected systems.Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues and effectively handling pressure situations.Strong in communication and collected experience in Agile working methods.Teamplayer, focussing on results and user satisfaction.Experienced in steering and upskilling other team members.You are fluent in English with proficiency in German communication as well.Our Benefits – smart & usefulEnjoy flexibility: You can combine coming to the office and working from home flexibly.
