Must have:
* Proven Golang backend enginering chops
* Production experience building + running Docker and Kubernetes
* Confident owning services, suggesting architecture, and working independently
* Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and deployment
* Product-minded: you care about business outcomes, not just code
Nice to have:
* Start-up or scale-up experience (not essential but highly desired)
