Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d) – Solar Energy Solutions
Location: Frankfurt/Hessen preferred, with national travel

As part of its European growth strategy, Resalta is expanding its presence in the German market.

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager Solar to join our team in Germany.
In this role, you will take full commercial ownership of large industrial solar and hybrid projects — from qualified lead to signed contract. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and Resalta's technical, financial, and legal teams to shape, structure, and close complex renewable energy deals.
This position is ideal for a high-performing commercial professional with deep solar expertise who thrives in multi-stakeholder industrial environments and consistently delivers results.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead the commercial development of large industrial solar projects (€2–20m+), including on‑site, off‑site, and hybrid solutions with storage and flexibility components.
Build and manage a high‑quality pipeline aligned with Resalta's growth strategy.
Structure and lead commercial models for PPAs and vPPAs.
Own the full sales cycle: opportunity identification, project shaping, internal approvals, negotiations, binding offers, and contract closure.
Navigate complex German client decision-making involving technical, legal, financial, and governance functions.
Engage directly with senior stakeholders (energy managers, sustainability leaders, plant managers, CFOs, COOs, investment committees).
Build trusted client relationships that enable smooth advancement of complex industrial projects.

Your Profile
Professional Qualifications:
Experience in industrial solar PV, electrical energy infrastructure, or ESCO/IPP/EPC environments.
Proven track record in closing large, complex industrial solar deals in Germany.
Deep understanding of German customer governance, decision-making, and risk culture.
Strong familiarity with PPAs, vPPAs, hybrid systems, and subsidy‑linked investment logic.
Native-level German and fluent English.
