Manager Planning & Reporting (m/f/d) Fendt Full Line

The Manager Planning and Reporting will be part of the Fendt Marketing Services team and will play a pivotal role in developing the Fendt Full Line plan-to-invoice process. He/she will be a key interface between the source factories and the brand marketing and sales teams as well as other functions such as Engineering, Product Management, Aftersales and Finance. The position requires a highly analytical and enthusiastic manager to drive strategic development and operational results. The ideal candidate will be comfortable to lead through influence and secure the project success through strong subject matter expertise and ability to collaborate with AGCO staff, peers and business leaders within and beyond the Fendt team.
What You Will Do
* Establish and develop a global 5-year volume plan for the Fendt Full Line, develop cross-functionally aligned volume scenarios, based on product roadmap and go-to-market strategies to support management decisions on investments and deployment of resources.
* Global demand and supply volume planning and consolidation of demand forecasts and sales targets by market to establish the consensus Sales and Operations Plan
* Monitoring of performance against the plan, root cause analysis, initiation of corrective measures as required and follow-up on effectiveness of measures (Plan-Do-Check-Act)
* Facilitation of a transparent decision-making process to secure alignment with all relevant stakeholders and to ensure synchronization of commercial tactics with capacity planning and capacity allocations
* Development of management level and operating level KPI reporting structure and facts based on guide day-to-day priorities and support core sales & marketing performance management and decision-making processes
* Provide guidance to day-to-day production program planning and capacity allocation
* Communication with marketing, sales and operations teams through Sales and Operations Planning cadence meetings and ad-hoc contacts as well as by providing a comprehensive performance reporting for the Fendt Full Line
What You Will Bring
* University Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Agriculture and/or comparable
* At least five years of relevant work experience, leadership experience in Sales and Operations Planning, sales and marketing management or similar functions
* Intermediate in German and English, further language skills are a plus
A Plus If You Have
* Solid understanding of SAP (SD) and experience with management reporting systems (e.g. Tableau), CRM Systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Advanced Planning Systems
* Hands-on mentality and passionate self-starter with strong analytical skills, business acumen and interpersonal competence
* You are a strong communicator with team player mindset
