In this role, you are responsible for the strategic sales of our data‑driven commerce media and couponing solutions and position PAYBACK as a leading partner for brand manufacturers and agencies. You operate confidently at C‑level, build sustainable partnerships, and combine strategic excellence with a true hands‑on mentality.
YOUR TASKS
1. You are responsible for selling complex, data‑driven commerce media and couponing solutions to agencies and brand manufacturers – from strategic outreach to the sustainable expansion of partnerships
2. You take ownership of the strategic development of new key accounts at C‑level, including revenue responsibility and long‑term partnership models
3. You represent PAYBACK at leading industry events, conferences, and in relevant media
4. You build a strong and resilient network at senior and C‑level on both the advertiser and agency side and continuously develop it in a strategic manner
5. You initiate and lead roundtables, exclusive networking formats, and content‑driven industry initiatives to position PAYBACK as a thought leader
6. You lead and develop several Key Account Managers functionally and/or disciplinarily and ensure excellent account and sales performance
YOUR PROFILE
7. You own several years of strong and highly relevant professional experience – ideally on the agency or publisher/marketing side, for example in the context of retail media, couponing, or programmatic campaigns
8. You have a proven track record of successfully selling data‑driven media solutions to brand manufacturers and agencies
9. You have an active, strong network at senior level, ideally with direct access to C‑level decision‑makers
10. You have extensive experience in the strategic management and development of key accounts, including revenue and P&L responsibility
11. You bring experience in the functional and/or disciplinary leadership of teams and know how to develop and inspire people
12. You combine a strategic mindset with strong execution skills, an entrepreneurial attitude, and clear results orientation
13. A confident presence, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and excellent communication abilities at top‑management level round off your profile
