Your areas of responsibilities:
* Manage all incoming customer complaints and after sales complaints upon completion
* Carry out administrative and organizational tasks
* Planning in deliveries and following up on logisitcal issues
* Main contact for customers, key accounts and distribution partners
* Order processing via phone, email or EDI package
* Initiate free-of-charge product exchange
* Provide updates on actual after sales topics
Your profile of qualification:
* Successfully completed Commercial Apprenticeship or similar
* First experience the customer relations field (or similar) within an international environment
* Fluent in German and English both
* Proactive and service orientated personality
