Today, we already produce strong thought leadership content — but what we need now is someone who can execute on high-impact, demand generation content that performs. Embedded within the Demand Generation team, your mission is to create and scale content that directly drives activation and revenue across paid campaigns, landing pages, and key website journeys. This is not a brand or editorial role. It’s a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who knows how to take direction, move fast, and deliver content that converts. Why emnify? / Why This Role Exists This role is a direct investment in closing a critical gap in our demand generation engine You will complement existing thought leadership with performance-driven content that drives pipeline A highly collaborative setup across Demand Gen, Paid Media, Product Marketing, and Revenue A company with strong product-market fit, where better conversion = immediate impact A culture that values execution, speed, and measurable outcomes over theory Your Impact Own and execute conversion-focused content across paid channels, landing pages, and lifecycle programs Partner with Demand Gen and Paid Media to launch and optimize high-performing campaigns Lead ongoing experimentation through A/B testing of messaging, creatives, and page structures Improve conversion across the funnel: Visitor → Lead Lead → Qualified pipeline Translate complex IoT and connectivity topics into clear, compelling, and high-converting messaging Use performance data to continuously refine strategy and maximize ROI What We Expect 4–7 years in B2B content, growth, or demand generation roles Proven experience creating conversion-focused content (not just blogs or brand content) Strong understanding of: Paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, etc.) Landing page optimization B2B buyer journeys Ability to simplify technical topics into clear, compelling messaging Data-driven mindset – fluent in working with performance metrics Nice to Have Experience in IoT, telecom, SaaS, or developer/technical audiences Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, etc. Experience working closely with paid media teams Why This Might Not Be a Fit You prefer brand, storytelling, or editorial content over performance-driven work You’re not comfortable being measured on conversion rates, pipeline, and revenue impact You haven’t worked closely with paid media or demand generation teams You’re looking for a purely creative role without data accountability What Success Looks Like In your first 6–12 months, you will: Improve conversion rates across key landing pages Increase pipeline generated from content-driven campaigns Build a repeatable system for testing and scaling high-performing messaging Become the go-to person for “what content actually converts” Why This Role Matters At emnify, content is not just about visibility — it’s a core growth lever.
