Job Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and maintain our HR information systems, ensuring seamless compliance with data protection regulations. This encompasses managing user incidents, handling change requests related to HRIS systems, and their interface with external entities.
To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will provide technical support to HR units, supervise and maintain user permissions within HRIS systems, perform system upgrades, deliver training, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to guarantee efficient internal processes.
This team player must possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong confidentiality, and proficiency in IT tools and systems, as well as fluency in multiple languages.
