Your seat to fill:
1. You play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our products through Germany
2. Taking ownership of a designated sales area within Germany, you will develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration
3. You will actively engage with retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive product sales and meet revenue targets
4. Demonstrating a deep understanding of our product portfolio, car seats, strollers, furniture…, you will effectively communicate product features, benefits, and specifications to customers
5. Cultivating strong relationships with key accounts and clients, you will serve as a trusted advisor, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service
6. Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, you will provide valuable insights and feedback to improve performance
7. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will adapt to changing priorities and overcome challenges with resilience and determination
Your stroll to CYBEX:
8. Previous experience in sales, preferably within the consumer goods industry, preferably with child safety products, strollers, or furniture
9. Proven ability to thrive in a faced-paced sales environment, meeting and exceeding sales targets
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships
11. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth
12. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
13. Fluency in German, English on B1 level
