We are looking for an HR Generalist to provide parental leave cover for our Country HR Manager. This is a fixed- term contract with a strong operational focus, ensuring business continuity across all core HR activities in Germany
Key Responsibilities:
* Support employees through the employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding)
* Handle HR administrative tasks and documentation in line with German labour law
* Coordinate with payroll and C&B teams
* Support recruitment and onboarding process
* Act as first point of contact for HR related queries
* Support compliance with legal requirements and internal HR policies
Profile :
* 3-4 years’ experience in an HR role in Germany
* Understanding of German employment law
* Strong communication skills in German and English
* Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
