Primary Purpose:
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our dynamic European wholesale team. This role is will be responsible for the maintaining and development the Coach wholesale business in Central Europe across department stores like Breuninger, Globus and Jelmoli and the multibrand brand doors of the region. The Account Executive will act as the day-to-day contact for the Brand by servicing Coach clients’ portfolio.

• Assist the Account Manager with day-to-day requests/needs of key accounts & manage directly independent accounts. Act as a first point of contact with for multibrand accounts.
• Manage client database updating where required
• Produce seasonal trade to highlight seasonal wins/challenges & opportunities.
• Develop short terms seasonal plans to meet ST targets.
• Work on ATS swaps and re-orders to drive trade in season
• Omni channel approach with regular site canvassing for partners with online channel to drive trade & in season actions.
• Develop the distribution network, onboarding new independent accounts & prospecting in line with regional strategy.
• Work closely with cross functional teams for back-end following end to end the order lifecycle: order upload, tracking inbound and outbound shipments ensuring the smooth shipment of the order book.
• With the support of the Account Manager to communicate with AR on independent account balances.
• Coordinate and support in store marketing initiatives & events, manage ROI reports with stores, coordinate samples.
• Coordinate seasonal market organization and meetings for accounts
• Executing 12 markets a year across Women’s & Men’s Leathergoods, Footwear & RTW. Lead appointments with independent accounts, presenting the collection to accounts during market. Responsible for collecting client orders and processing
• Responsible for Tracking Sales weekly, Monthly, Quarterly. Analyze sales to highlight key trends & challenges.
• Support with Planning of quarterly and yearly sales forecast with Sales Manager
• Partner with field team on implementing training. Leading product knowledge training with accounts.
• Support new store openings in coordination with cross-functional partners and accounts
• Organize store visits and provide comprehensive feedback and actions to boost trade
• Work closely with VM to ensure high standards
