We are looking for a global mobility enthusiast who brings strong experience in mobility and tax compliance, with a robust understanding of international tax regulations, expatriate tax issues, with German mobility tax experience crucial. This role will be responsible for managing the tax implications of our global mobility programs, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws, and working across global geographies to support our international workforce.How You’ll Make an Impact
3. Oversee and manage the global mobility tax compliance program, including working closely with our global service provers
4. Establish yourself as the go-to expert for German mobility tax matters
5. Provide expert advice on tax implications for international assignments, including tax equalization, gross-up calculations, and social security considerations
6. Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams as part of developing our tax processes
7. Deeply connected to the wider market to ensure optimized compliance and advisory strategies
8. Conduct training sessions for HR and business leaders on global mobility tax issues and standard processes
9. Liaise with external tax advisors and authorities to ensure compliance and address any tax-related inquiries
What You Bring
10. University degree in Business Administration or a related field of study
11. Longstanding professional experience in global mobility tax, expatriate tax compliance, or international tax, including global accounts and necessary experience in German tax law, ideally from a Big 4 background
12. Strong knowledge of international tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, particularly in relation to Germany
13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
14. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, proficiency in using various HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PP)
15. Strong English language proficiency and intercultural competence to interact effectively with global colleagues
