Job and Missions
The core mission of the Solutions Architect is to help prospective, existing customers, and partners understand the potential of our unique technology, develop creative solutions tailored to their needs to solve their business challenges, and problem-solve any potential technical roadblocks.
The selected candidate will be an organized and highly energetic problem-solver with the ability to work on proposals and pilot implementations (hands-on).
Working closely with the Solution Design and Sales team, the Solutions Architect will be responsible for enabling successful CAST product solution sales and will:
1. Prospecting – Work closely with prospects, existing clients, and partners to understand their challenges and design tailored solutions.
2. Demonstrations – Deliver product demonstrations at various sales cycle stages, showcasing product functionality, architecture, value delivered, and business impact. Strong presentation skills are essential.
3. Pilot and POC – Lead these efforts in sales engagements, managing projects end-to-end, supervising data collection, analysis using CAST technology, and articulating proofs (technical, value, implementation, economic). May involve onsite demonstrations.
4. Services handoff – Provide formal documentation and presentations to the implementation team, summarizing customer requirements, ROI data, key personnel, and any product gaps or challenges identified during sales.
5. Product enhancement – Gather field feedback and collaborate with Product Management to influence the product roadmap. Present customized roadmap updates to top customers.
6. Product positioning – Enhance sales materials to communicate CAST’s industry positioning, key differentiators, and value propositions. Fine-tune deployed solutions based on case insights to maximize client satisfaction.
