Your mission We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to own the strategy, delivery, and growth of Dynamic Forest, ocell's flagship product. You will operate as part of a product trio with the Design Lead and Engineering Lead. Together, you’ll drive discovery, delivery, and scaling. As the product voice, you’ll own the roadmap, iterate on the product process, and make sure Dynamic Forest delivers transformative value for customers and, ultimately, for the climate. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll act as an expert individual contributor today while building toward future Head of Product responsibility as ocell scales. YOUR RESPONISBILITIES: Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap – Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dynamic Forest. Balance customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility. Navigate Technical Complexity – Be a sparring partner for senior engineers: discuss and understand architecture, APIs, and system-level trade-offs; guide buy-vs-build choices; challenge unnecessarily complex solutions. Iterate the Product Process – Drive the full lifecycle end-to-end: discovery, validation, delivery, launch, adoption, and iteration. Continuously improve how we build products. Customer-Facing Leadership – Build strong relationships with forest owners, managers, and partners. Ensure the customer voice directly shapes product decisions. Execute Relentlessly – Deliver value quickly and pragmatically. Keep the team focused on what matters most. Communicate with Clarity – Use structured, concise storytelling to align teams, stakeholders, and customers around the product narrative. Balance Today & Tomorrow – Step into the weeds to fix immediate product challenges while steering the long-term vision of Dynamic Forest. Your profile 8 years of Product Management experience, B2B SaaS essential. Strong technical acumen: comfortable discussing architecture and constraints with engineers, without needing to code. Proven track record of shipping impactful products in complex, technical domains. Fluent in German & English. Startup background strongly preferred over corporate – thrives in lean, fast-paced environments. Pragmatic and outcome-driven: favours practical solutions over process for process’ sake. Highly structured, detail-oriented thinker, with excellent communication skills. Hands-on product leader with ambition to grow into Head of Product. Why us?
