* Leading the global talent management agenda through continuous development and revision of concepts, programmes and tools within the ERGO Group
* Implementing and executing executive programmes at a global level
* Ensuring the effectiveness and optimisation of performance management, talent processes and succession planning in coordination with Munich RE
* Collaborating with external providers
* Advising members of the Board of Management and Executive Management
Your profile International HR expertise and leadership skills
* University degree in human resources management or a related field, with strong business acumen and a solid understanding of corporate strategy
* Proven expertise in executive development in multinational corporations, including the design and implementation of high-potential and accelerator programmes
* Proven long-term experience working effectively in global and cross-functional teams, including external partnerships
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives and effectively lead multiple complex initiatives
* Proven international leadership experience, excellent English skills, intercultural competence and willingness to travel worldwide
