Job Summary:
As a Regional Total Rewards Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the Shared Services
Center PMO team, providing support, guidance and analytical expertise on compensation
structures, benefits practices and incentive programs to enhance the organization’s ability to
attract, retain and motivate talented people.
Key Responsibility and Objectives:
1. Support Midea regional rewards review cycle including analytics, testing, reporting, and
budgeting
2. Conduct compensation data analysis utilizing both internal and external sources,
including participation in salary surveys, highlighting conclusions for the broader total
rewards team to make informed decisions
3. Develop training and reference materials, and consistently participate in global total
rewards projects
4. Lead Europe compensation structures build-up, refinement and annual refresh
5. Lead Europe benefits program design, implementation and manage deliveries
6. Support workforce planning, annual budget review and administration
7. Research trends in global compensation topics and benchmark practices
8. Collaborate with Regional and Country HRBP, as well as Talent Acquisition, to prepare
and refine offer proposals
9. Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify processes.
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. 8 years and above HR experience, with more than 5 years in Compensation & Benefits (or
in an operational HR role with Total rewards aspects) in a complex international
environment
3. Basic knowledge of compensation theory and practice and knowledge of European
benefits and compensation laws and regulations required
4. Customer focus and ability to build partnerships, team player, respect of deadline and
action-oriented are key competencies
5. Ability to work under pressure, shows flexibility under fast changing environment and
delivers quality work with strong attention to details
6. Fluency in English, written and spoken
7. Familiar with market intelligence providers/platforms.
8. Proficient in Excel and competent in the use of HR related systems and tools
9. Nice to have: Additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish…)
