Your role
As a Marketing & E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d), you are the central interface between marketing, content and shop management.
You ensure that our online shops perform well – and that our marketing measures become visible:
* Bring products to life quickly and cleanly
* Consistently implement content and marketing measures
* Optimize shops, processes and procedures
* Driving growth through structured implementation
* Using and further developing AI tools effectively in everyday marketing and content creation
What you bring
* Excellent self-organization – you prioritize, implement, and achieve your goals.
* Experience in e-commerce (product data, shop maintenance, shipping processes)
* Marketing understanding & creative flair for content and design
* Safe handling of spreadsheets, tools and digital processes
* Openness to AI tools and digital working
* Hands-on mentality: You do, instead of just planning.
* Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
Nice to have
* Experience with Google Ads, Merchant Center & feed optimization
* Knowledge of fulfillment or labeling processes
* Content or video experience (editing, shooting planning, briefings)
* Understanding of regulated product categories (e.g., medical devices)
* Initial experience with AI-powered content or automation
