Responsibilities:
• You support the planning, preparation and follow-up of workshops, alignmentmeetingsand steering committee sessions within an SAP HR project environment
• You prepare andmaintainmeeting overviews,agendasand action item trackers to ensure transparency and follow-up
• You create andmaintainproject and process documentation
• You prepare and visualize key project insights (e.g.project status,milestonesand decision requirements) for management and steering presentations
• You support the implementation of change and communication activities, including the preparation of information materials and FAQs
• You contribute to organizational and administrative project topics
• You collaborate closely with HR,ITand other stakeholders across functions
Qualifications:
• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Psychology, Communication or Media Studies, or a comparable field
• You are confident in using Microsoft Office applications and MS Teams
• Youare able tostructure and communicate complex informationin a clear and concise way
• You havevery goodGerman language skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Ideally, you have gained initial exposure to project work, preferably in an HR or IT-related environment
• You are interested in change management, organizationaldevelopmentand transformation topics
• A basic understanding of HR processes or payroll is considered an asset
