Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Contact and Proposal Development:
* Determine project specifications with clients, including appropriate methodology, key questions, timelines, and objectives.
* Summarize all elements in clear and concise project proposals.
2. Project Coordination:
* Collaborate with the fieldwork team and the IT department, coordinate all necessary steps for the successful execution of projects, and oversee their progress.
3. Reporting:
* Work with the Data Processing team on the required analyses for surveys: cross-tabulations, data files, multivariate analyses, etc.
* If needed, interpret survey results and summarize them in reports and presentations for clients.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
* Experience: 1–2 years of experience in market research (agency or client-side) preferred
* Skills: comfort level working with figures and data, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, Passion for research and curiosity about people, brands, and markets
* Languages: Fluency in French is a must, proficiency in English, Luxembourgish is a strong plus
* IT Tools: Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT)
