We are looking for an Expert CRM Operations (f/m/d) to join our Customer Platforms Team at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in Einbeck. This full-time position is limited to one year and available as soon as possible.
In this role, you will actively support the operational execution of our CRM activities and contribute to successful customer communication and sales enablement.
Your tasks – diverse and hands-on:
1. Conducting customer selections for mailing campaigns and events
2. Acting as the contact person for order processing related to SAP debtor management
3. Maintenance and management of seed varieties in the system
4. Supporting the field sales team, business units, and marketing teams
5. Handling Salesforce campaigns within customer activities (e.g., shipping of polo shirts, event registrations)
6. Maintaining and updating customer data
7. Close collaboration with the entire marketing team
8. Ensuring compliance with KWS data protection policies according to GDPR
Your profile – qualified and proactive:
9. Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification
10. Several years of professional experience in CRM or sales systems, ideally with Salesforce
11. Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
12. Confident user of MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, and ticketing systems such as JIRA or Matrix42 is an advantage
13. Strong customer focus and communication skills – also via phone
14. A structured, independent and responsible working style
15. High level of initiative, flexibility, creativity and team spirit
16. Affinity for data protection and experience with GDPR-compliant data handling
