The accounting team is responsible for managing the financial compliance of the company, sound bookkeeping and presentation of company’s financial information in accordance with the accounting principles.

The European headquarter is handling the marketing and sales activities of Samsung Electronics' component business units including Memory, System LSI, Foundry, LED and Display in EMEA for various applications including servers, data centers, mobile, industrial / automotive.

Your area of responsibility
1. Manage and develop the accounting team, provide guidance and necessary training to team members
2. Ensure smooth, timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual closing
3. Continuously improve the accounting principles, develop policies and internal guidance
4. Manage the implementation of new financial systems and methods
5. Manage internal and external financial audits
Skills and Qualifications
About You
6. University Masters degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting or tax
7. Professional qualification as CPA, CMA, CA, ACCA or overseas equivalent
8. Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
9. Team leader with a proven track record of leading, developing and motivating teams
10. Fluent in English and German (Korean will be advantageous)
11. Good command of SAP and MS Office applications
