Hier entwickeln, realisieren und bewerten wir innovative Lu00f6sungen fu00fcr Diagnostik Systemkonzepte basierend auf dem Roche Cobas e-Analyzer zur zielgerichteten und hochsensitiven Quantifizierung von menschlichen Ku00f6rperflu00fcssigkeiten. Ihre Aufgaben Sie werden aktiv an Forschungsprojekten teilnehmen, um die Entwicklung von Antiku00f6rper basierten Reagenzien fu00fcr aktuelle und zuku00fcnftige Technologien zu optimieren. Sie werden verschiedene Techniken zur Antiku00f6rperreinigung durchfu00fchren. Sie werden Antiku00f6rper mit sowohl ortsspezifischen als auch unspezifischen Markierungsstrategien konjugieren und anschlieu00dfend reinigen. Sie werden die Leistungsfu00e4higkeit dieser Reagenzien auf Cobas e-Analyzer evaluieren. Sie werden wissenschaftliche Literatur u00fcberpru00fcfen und bewerten und Ihre Ergebnisse pru00e4sentieren. Sie arbeiten eng mit mehreren Teams zusammen, die u00fcber verschiedene Abteilungen verteilt sind (Chemie, Proteinchemie, Antiku00f6rperentwicklung und Enzymtechnologie). Ihr Profil Sie sind eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) in Chemie, Biochemie, Chemischer Biologie oder einem verwandten Bereich oder in einem vergleichbaren Masterstudiengang oder befinden sich in einem Gap Year (zwischen Bachelor- und Masterstudium). Ihre Stu00e4rken Sie haben Kenntnisse in organischer Chemie und Proteinbiochemie, erste Erfahrungen sind von Vorteil. Sie haben Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in instrumenteller Analytik (z.B. This will give you the opportunity to get to know the different units within our department and gain an overview of the different activities. The Department You will be located in the department of u201cProtein Chemistryu201d which belongs to the u201cReagent Research and Designu201d unit of Roche Centralized and Point of Care Solutions and has its focus on the development of protein-based reagents for immunological diagnostic assays. Here we develop, realize and evaluate innovative solutions for diagnostic system concepts based on Roche Cobas e-analyzer for the targeted and high-sensitive quantification of human body fluids. Your tasks You will actively participate in research projects to optimize antibody based reagentsdevelopment for current and future technologies. You will perform different techniques for antibody purification. You will perform antibody conjugation using both site-specific and nonspecific labeling strategies and purify them. You will evaluate the performance of these reagents on Cobas e-analyzer. You will review and evaluate scientific literature and present your findings. You will work in close cooperation with several teams distributed between different departments (Chemistry, Protein Chemistry, Antibody development and Enzyme technology). Your profile You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical biology or related area or a comparable masteru2019s degree program or are in your gap year (between bacheloru2019s and masteru2019s studies). Your strengths You have knowledge of organic chemistry and protein biochemistry and first hand experience is an advantage.
