Strategic Account Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Strategic Account Coordinator to provide exceptional support to the senior sales team in managing large accounts (this MUST be in your previous experience to apply). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations, thrives on organisation, and is skilled at thinking outside the box to solve problems. Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day operational support to senior sales executives managing strategic accounts.
Coordinate and maintain account activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking deliverables.
Serve as the go-to resource for account-related queries, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
Assist in the preparation of client proposals, reports, and data analysis to support decision-making.
Monitor account performance metrics and flag opportunities or concerns to the senior sales team.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
Use CRM tools and other technologies to manage and maintain accurate account information.
Continuously improve processes to enhance client support and account management efficiency.
