We want you to:
* Provide pro-active, business minded and strategic legal advice to Hyundai’s divisions on a variety of exciting commercial and operational topics.
* Draft, review and negotiate contracts with external suppliers and continuously enhance Hyundai’s contract management.
* Provide full support on major projects of Hyundai starting from its creation until completion.
* Resolve out-of-court and litigation disputes of Hyundai’s organization in Europe.
* Manage legal risks for the Hyundai organization in cooperation with other legal teams of the Hyundai Group.
* Instruct and manage Hyundai’s external counsels in line with internal budget and quality requirements.

* 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in a business corporation and/or an international law firm
* Fully qualified lawyer (University degree and admission to bar in Germany preferred)
* Strong experience with corporate law and contract review
* International EU experience is considered advantageous
* Automotive industry and in-house legal operations experience is considered advantageous
