Sales Assistant Job Description
In the Service department, we are seeking several new colleagues for our Call- & Service-Center. As part of our team, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, providing information to patients, relatives, staff members, physicians, health insurance companies, and other hospitals, among other tasks.
* Bearing all inquiries (telephone, e-mail, fax)
* Information for patients, relatives, employees, practicing physicians, health insurance companies, and other hospitals
* Project work in the form of hotline support, customer satisfaction surveys, and quality assurance measures
* Telephone complaints handling
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Completed medical training
* Call Center Agent certification or willingness to participate in a qualification seminar
* Screen-friendly skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Good English language skills, with knowledge of Dutch, French, Arabic, Turkish being desirable
* Interest in medical topics
* Able to empathize with customers
* An organized and meticulous approach to work
* Ability to work independently and responsibly
* Effective communication skills
* Able to identify and resolve errors
