Your Job Tasks:
* Translate the HR business plans into operational plans and lead the HR planning process in Europe region
* Ensure the development and implementation of HR programs such as manpower planning, recruiting & staffing, performance management, compensation & benefit schemes for Europe region derived from Global HR policy and other corporate directives
* Determine and implement labour relations. Oversee labour and employee relations activities to ensure positive and productive relations are maintained.
* Advise the Management in the field of labour law in Europe region
* Ensure compliance to corporate directives and employment legislation within Europe region and establish standard operation procedures to ensure proper documentation and control.
* Act as coach on HR issues to the Management and executives
* Ensure the development and implementation of the HR budget and other related financial measures
* Ensure an efficient and accurate HR reporting
* Ensure the communication of HR related management decisions to the employees
* Ensure Pay roll services and other HR related services from HR providers.
* Recruiting (creation of HCR, approval-process, job advertisements & interviews together with requesting departments)
* Drive all labor-law issues that arise
* Ensure that HR insurances get renewed / deleted on a yearly cross-check base
* Trainings (managing overviews and drive request-process)
* Guide Site Supervisor with the department Site Services
Job Requirements
Your Knowledge:
* Bachelor Degree of Human Resources or Business Administration with major field in HR management
* 5- 10 years of experience and profound knowledge in HR with MNC
* Knowledge of HR & Admin related processes such as recruitment, compensation & benefit, training, succession plan
* Good working knowledge on labour law principles in Europe
* Strong strategic, analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluent in English
