YOUR JOB
10. You will be employed in the in kitchen and bar and will actively participate in the day business; including the daily cleaning work
11. Preparation and taking care of the breakfast-buffet are also amongst your tasks
12. Imposing quality- and HACCP-standards in kitchen and bar is your responsibility
13. Pantry and stocktaking are your responsibility: you check food- and beverage-storage and inventory and order new products if necessary
14. You put the goods away on delivery
15. You draw up the menu for our dinner-buffet
16. You supervise scheduling for kitchen- and bar-crew
YOUR PROFILE
17. Reliability, quality awareness and flexibility are only some of your core characteristics
18. Regarding your work, you show a strong willingness to commit and to work independently
19. You are a hands-on doer who tackles and spreads good spirits even in stressful situations
20. Some experience in gastronomy or hospitality are desirable, but not a must
21. Your German and English skills are good, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
