Your job:
* To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives
* To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
* To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
* To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures
* To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
Your profile:
* 15+ years of experience with IT and 10-12 years of experience in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS with good knowledge of designing, analysis, and architecture planning
* Implementation and support experience from medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals
* Play active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical skills
* Demonstrate the capabilities in understanding the clients' business environment and map the requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions and proactively suggest alternatives as and when required
* Self-starter with strong organizational skills, strong sense of teamwork
* CISSP certification is a bonus
* Experience in Implementation and Support of: ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), ForgeRock Identity manager (IDM), ForgeRock Access manager (AM,ForgeRock Directory Services (DS), ForgeRock Amster
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the following directories: Active Directory, ForgeRock Directory Services, Azure AD
* Strong experience in the upgradation and migration of ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS. Very good experience on connector XpressJava connector server implementation
