They are looking to build a new team of software developers by searching for an experienced Team Leader Software Development (C# & .NET) for their Duisburg office .
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead an agile software development team both technically and in terms of personnel management
* Take ownership of recruiting and growing the team
* Contribute to the design and development of software solutions within the .NET ecosystem
* Evolve and enhance the existing software architecture (client-server models, microservices, Blazor, and APIs)
* Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products
* Drive project planning, including resource allocation and budgeting
* Organize and manage agile workflows and sprint planning using methods such as Scrum or Kanban
* Collaborate closely with other teams within the IT department
What We Value in You:
* A degree in computer science or a completed vocational qualification in software/application development
* Previous leadership experience in an IT setting is a plus
* Strong expertise in C#, .NET, REST APIs, microservice architectures, and Blazor, along with solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and current web technologies
* Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and best practices in modern software engineering
* Familiarity with project documentation tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps is second nature to you
* Experience with DevOps practices, especially CI/CD pipelines, is a welcome advantage
* Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a high level of self-motivation
* Proficiency in spoken and written German
