Your tasks
* General requirements management, in particular recording of requirements, creation of requirements specifications and user stories in cooperation with technical process management and development support
* Transformation management, in particular as a contact person for the specialist departments for digitalization projects and identification of potentials
* Test and acceptance management, in particular creating acceptance criteria in user stories, generating test cases, carrying out functional and acceptance tests as part of agile development
* Problem and error management: 2nd level support, error analysis in collaboration with technical process management and troubleshooting control
* Documentation (e.g. creation or updating of release declarations, documents on accessibility and data protection)
Your profile
Required
* University degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in computer science or a comparable computer science-related field of study or equivalent skills and experience, in each case with relevant professional experience in the areas of responsibility of the advertised position or
* Completed training as an IT specialist, systems IT specialist, IT systems administrator or IT systems electronics technician or equivalent skills and experience, in each case with 4 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of responsibility of the advertised position or
as a civil servant:
* Qualification for career group 2, first entry-level post in the general services field on the basis of a completed degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in one of the above-mentioned fields of study
Advantageous
* Practical understanding of requirements at the interface between users, specialist departments and process management, ideally for complex web applications
* Sound knowledge of relevant tools, especially Microsoft DevOps
* Certification in project management, in particular knowledge of process methodologies
* Knowledge of .net and Microsoft SQL server (no programming tasks)
* German language skills at level C1 are particularly important
