🔥 Technical Senior Business Development Manager – Document Solutions & Workflow Automation

€75,000–€100,000 base + car/allowance + double uncapped OTE (€150k+) Germany Based | Remote with travel across DACH Region


Are you a technically minded sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building strategic relationships, and helping organisations modernise the way they manage documents, print, and workflow? This global technology provider is expanding its commercial team and is seeking a high‑performing Technical Senior BDM to drive growth across the Southern DACH region.


This role blends warm inbound opportunities, channel‑led sales, and self‑generated new business, giving you the autonomy to shape your territory while being backed by a recognised international brand.


What you’ll be doing

* Owning the full sales cycle across hardware, software, workflow automation and mailroom solutions.
* Engaging senior stakeholders across Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Automotive, Manufacturing and wider commercial sectors.
* Delivering compelling demos and technical presentations that translate complex solutions into clear business value.
* Developing and managing relationships with partners, resellers, and system integrators to drive joint revenue.
* Managing a mix of mid‑market and enterprise accounts, forecasting accurately, and consistently achieving/exceeding targets.
* Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients streamline processes, reduce cost, and improve operational efficiency.


What we’re looking for

* Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience, ideally in Document Solutions, Managed Print, Workflow Automation, SaaS, Telecoms, or related technology sectors.
* Proven track record of winning new business and managing complex sales cycles.
* Strong technical aptitude – confident delivering demos, discussing integrations, and articulating solution value.
* Experience selling direct and via channel partners (resellers, distributors, SIs).
* Commercially sharp, consultative, and comfortable engaging at senior levels including IT, Facilities, Procurement and C‑suite.
* Fluent in English plus German ( French / Dutch is a plus).
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
